Ukraine and Syria Unite Against Russian Aggression

Solidarity with the Syrian Revolution Demonstration at Russian Embassy London

Supporters of the Ukraine Solidarity Campaign and Campaign for Ukraine joined with our friends of the Syria Solidarity Campaign on 7 December 2024 to protest Russian Bombing of Syria and show solidarity with the rapidly advancing Syrian Revolution which today toppled the tyrant, former president Bashar al-Assad who is now in Moscow.

USC Secretary Christopher Ford spoke and read a message of solidarity direct from a Ukrainian soldier on the frontline in Donbas arranged by Ukrainian labour party “People’s Power” (Narodovladdia) Party which we publish below. The message was warmly welcome by a demonstration which was full of joy at the imminent fall of the Assad regime and displayed strong solidarity with the common struggle against Russian Imperialism.
